Vince Wright, Emmy
Award-winning Writer, Producer, Director and On-Air Personality interviewed me for several episodes of NJN Jobcast. Jobcast
was a Workplace literacy show that was broadcast via DTV and as streaming video
for the Workforce Learning Link.
The
Workforce Learning Link was a holistic initiative created in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Labor and
Workforce Development and NJN Public Television to provide adult learners instruction in several crucial life-spheres.
The Workforce Learning Link was designed
to deliver workforce training programs and services directly to welfare registrants, dislocated workers and other job seekers
identified by the LWD, the New Jersey Department of Corrections and other agencies. Using digital television technology, streaming
video, computer software, the Internet and print materials, NJN provided interactive training services that allow participants
to address individual employment-related issues at their own pace.
I am honored to have participated in this innovative and empowering
project.
Vince later appeared as himself in our unaired Age of Heroes TV pilot.
