Ascended Master Index
Hercules and Amazonia are the only Elohim who incarnated
in human form. Hercules had three lifetimes on earth in ages past, to deal with the grotesque, half-man, half-animal creations
made by fallen ones called Watchers in the Bible. Hercules ascended after performing the twelve labors, an account which later
became part of Greek mythology. The twelve labors also represent the soul's striving for perfection as she is initiated by
the twelve solar hierarchies.
Marcus Tullius Cicero: The
Nature of the Gods
But yet I should be glad to know which Hercules
we should chiefly worship; for they who have searched into those histories, which are but little known, tell us of several.
The most ancient is he who fought with Apollo about the Tripos of Delphi, and is son of Jupiter and Lisyto; and of the most
ancient Jupiters too, for we find many Jupiters also in the Grecian chronicles. The second is the Egyptian Hercules, and is
believed to be the son of Nilus, and to be the author of the Phrygian characters. The third, to whom they offered sacrifices,
is one of the Idaei Dactyli. The fourth is the son of Jupiter and Asteria, the sister of Latona, chiefly honored by the Tyrians,
who pretend that Carthago is his daughter. The fifth, called Belus, is worshipped in India. The sixth is the son of Alcmena
by Jupiter; but by the third Jupiter, for there are many Jupiters, as you shall soon see.

Diodorus Siculus: Library
of History
The Heracles who was born of Alcmene
was very much later, and, since he emulated the plan of life of the ancient Heracles, for the same reasons he attained to
immortality, and, as time went on, he was though by men to be the same as the other Heracles because both bore the same name,
and the deeds of the earlier Heracles were transferred to the later one, the majority of men being ignorant of the actual
facts. And it is generally agreed that the most renowned deeds and honours which belong to the older god were concerned with
Egypt, and that these, together with a city which he founded, are still known in that country.
Justinus: Triad of Principles
Ultimately Elohim selected Hercules, an uncircumcised
prophet, and sent him to quell the twelve angels of Edem, and release the Father from the twelve angels, those wicked ones
of the creation. These are the twelve conflicts of Hercules which Hercules underwent, in order, from first to last, viz.,
Lion, and Hydra, and Boar, and the others successively. For they say that these are the names (of them) among the Gentiles,
and they have been derived with altered denominations from the energy of the maternal angels.

Alice
A. Bailey: The Labours of Hercules
The light of life must now
shine forth within a world of dark," the great Presiding One declared. The Teacher understood. "The son of man who is also
the son of God must pass through Gate the tenth", he said. "Within this very hour Hercules shall venture forth." When Hercules
stood face to face with him who was his guide, the latter spoke: "A thousand dangers you have braved, O Hercules," the Teacher
said, "and much has been achieved. Wisdom and strength are yours. Will you make use of them to rescue one in agony, a prey
to vast and unremitting suffering?"
Therese E. Grey: Engaging
the Mighty Elohim
The Elohim are mighty builders of form who evolved from the elemental
kingdom. These great spiritual beings successfully use the creative powers of thought, feeling, spoken word and action to
manifest and precipitate the will of God into physical form. The seven Elohim created earth in what the Bible allegorically
describes as seven days.
Hercules and Amazonia are the Elohim who serve the first ray of God's power, strength, and
will to do. Hercules and Amazonia were the first to accept the opportunity of helping create planet earth out of primal life
essence.
