Although Thongor of Valkarth walked the earth millenia before the dawn of the Hyborian Age, the degenerate remnants of the Dragon Kings he vanquished in prehistoric Lemuria still linger in the Badlands of Shem between the Horex Stones and Vampire Peak. Our heroes encountered them in 'Anvil of Crom Chapter IX: A Family Affair'. Discovered, but not thoroughly explored, was a Pre-Cataclysmic underground complex that preserved the long-lost legend of the Mahathongoya.
